WD2XKO QRPp WSPR-15

After lashing up a 10 MHz to 136 kHz converter to do some local WSPR-15 testing I was very surprised to find the signal was being copied by WG2XCT (N4LTA) at and KB4OER at a distance of 87.6 and 131.1 miles.  Power to the antenna was only 4.7 milliwatts, only microwatts ERP.
